Alien: Isolation is a first-person survival horror video game developed by The Creative Assembly and published by Sega. The game was released on October 7, 2014, for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
The game is set 15 years after the events of the 1979 film Alien, and follows Amanda Ripley, the daughter of the film’s protagonist Ellen Ripley. Amanda is sent on a mission to the Sevastopol space station to investigate the disappearance of her mother’s ship, the Nostromo. However, she soon finds herself trapped on the station with a deadly alien creature.
