Not many games based on extreme sports make their way to consoles these days. The Tony Hawk skateboarding series has been absent for a number of years, and the only snowboarding game that seems to get consistent releases is the SSX series. So, when Aggressive Inline, a skateboarding-like rollerblading game, was released on PS4, it was a welcome surprise.
The game is a spiritual successor to the Jet Set Radio series, and it features many of the same elements, such as cel-shaded graphics and a focus on grinding and performing tricks. However, Aggressive Inline also has its unique features, such as a focus on online multiplayer and a deep trick system.
